The HoeDown - ASHwell's annual anti-gala gayla

On November 1st at the Distribution Hall from 4PM - 10PM we're strapping in and dusting off the chaps for our 2nd Annual HoeDown - ASHwell's new signature party with a purpose! We'll have BBQ, bull-riding, a live auction, photo booths, games, performances, and more. Don't be basic. We're aiming to be a hootin' an' a hollerin' with for our fellow country kings, leather queers and kinky cowgirls! Think leather Johnny Cash, kinky Dolly Parton and some good ol' super gay Willy in a 10 gallon. Then, to make it really sparkle, ADD MORE STRAPS, BUCKLES, RHINESTONES, BOOTS, AND ROPE!

THE IMPACT

• Did you know that ASHwell will buy a health insurance plan for our folks who don't have coverage? That's Central Texans living with HIV, Hep C or who want to get on PrEP/PeP. We'll even cover the cost of co-pays and medications!
• Did you know that in addition to all that, we offer social support services like help managing our Patient Members' other medical appointments, peer support groups and even direct assistance for housing, transportation or utilities?
• Did you know that we do all this in a pleasure positive, kink loving, stigma free, harm reduction environment that centers and celebrates queer and trans people of color?

100% of proceeds directly, literally, fund the cost of life-saving care for Central Texans living with HIV or Hep C. All the funds raised at The HoeDown are funneled directly into paying for insurance premiums, co-pays, medical treatments and all the social support services listed above + so much more. ASHwell Event Ticket Terms and Conditions

By purchasing this ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Admission
   • ASHwell reserves the right to refuse admission or to require any attendee to leave the event for any reason, including but not limited to:
     • Behavior deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful to others.
     • A history of behavior that poses a safety or security risk to attendees, staff, or the venue.
     • Violation of any laws or regulations.
   • Admission to the event is at the sole discretion of ASHwell staff and management. Refunds will be issued in the case of denied entry, as deemed appropriate by ASHwell.
2. Safety and Security
   • ASHwell is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all attendees. Any behavior that compromises the safety, well-being, or enjoyment of other attendees may result in removal from the event without refund.
   • All attendees are subject to the rules and policies set by ASHwell and the event venue. Security measures may include but are not limited to bag checks and identity verification upon entry.
3. Refunds
   • In the event of refusal of admission or removal from the event due to violation of these terms and conditions, ASHwell reserves the right to determine whether a refund will be issued. If an attendee is refused entry due to safety concerns or failure to comply with these terms, a full refund will be provided.
   • No refunds will be issued for failure to comply with entry policies or removal from the event due to inappropriate behavior after entry has been granted.
4. Code of Conduct
   • Attendees are expected to act respectfully and responsibly while attending the event. Harassment, discrimination, or any other forms of inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
   • ASHwell retains the right to deny admission to individuals who have exhibited behavior inconsistent with the values of the organization or the purpose of the event.
5. Legal Compliance
   • All attendees are required to comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws during the event. Any attendee found to be in violation of these laws may be refused entry or removed from the event, with or without a refund.
6. Changes to Event or Terms
   • ASHwell reserves the right to make changes to the event, including venue, schedule, or programming, and to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes that affect their ability to attend the event.
